a month agoI’ve been going here for 20 years this place use to be a very good place to go lately but the customer service got so bad when you call and make a order, the ladies that answer the phone be having bad attitudes and always very unhappy not only that there Service hours don’t be valid. I came here at 4:35 PM. And they had a close sign on the window I was very upset to rush their through rush-hour for that to happen I did see a coworker inside folding boxes, but they didn’t even greet me at the door to let me know what was going on I’m highly disappointed in this place.

a month agoThe pizza is awesome! You cant buy what they call a large pizza in akron because theirs is like an extra large family size at very reasonable prices! We drive from highland square area to Cleveland for that pizza! 😁 THEY KNOW HOW TO FEED A FAMILY ON ONE PIZZA!

2 months agoOrdered pizza at 4:00 p.m. was told to be ready by 5:00 every 10 or 20 minutes. They kept telling me 10 more minutes. Finally at 6:00. I told him I wanted a refund. They said oh it's coming out of the oven now she comes back with a refund. I tell her I thought it's coming out of the oven and she said well. I really don't know. I would not recommend this place at all. Pizza's good, but customer service is terrible

2 months agoThey have great pizza but they were closed twice on a Monday or Tuesday at 1 am when it states in Google that they're open. Today is 3/25/26. Poor service now, and they don't answer the phone

4 months agoThe best pizza 🍕 ever. Love that they stay open late. This pizza is amazing but... They only take cash!!! This is old school pizza not the franchise stuff . I can't stop eating it🤣🤣🤣🤣

4 months agoIt's the only pizza place I recommend to anyone. I have not found a pizza that compares, not even close. Hope they stay in business forever

7 months agoPizza tasted amazing!!! Got a large 12 cut with sausage, mushrooms, extra cheese, & extra pepperoni. It was ready in 15 minutes. They only accept CASH ONLY due to customers scamming them via credit/debit card during the Covid Era.
